At NoorCare India, your satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care in ensuring that every product reaches you in the best condition. However, due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Returns & Replacements
Returns will only be accepted in case you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and with all labels intact.
Any request for return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used cosmetic products.
Items without original packaging.
Products purchased during sale/discount or marked as non-returnable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received at our facility, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
